📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support workplace well-being and performance.,Provide counseling and support to employees facing personal or professional challenges.,Develop and implement psychological interventions to enhance workplace well-being and performance.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological interventions and support services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in workplace psychology.,Provide training and workshops on stress management, time management, and other relevant topics.,Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychologist in a workplace setting.,Professional certification in Psychology (e.g., Psikolog, S.Psi, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and workplace dynamics.,Ability to travel to different locations within the company.
