📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate dock operations to ensure efficient and safe loading and unloading of agricultural products.
• Develop and maintain schedules for dock activities using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during dock operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or warehousing industry.
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
