In this role, you will be part of a dedicated finance team responsible for managing the accounting processes of our retail operations. You will work closely with our accounting software, SAP, and other financial systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Your daily tasks will include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial documents for our management team. With your strong attention to detail and analytical skills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process daily transactions and ensure accurate recording in SAP and other accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support the finance team in audits and internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to the management team.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail accounting or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and other accounting software such as QuickBooks or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
