📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic human capital plans to support business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, ensuring a strong and diverse workforce.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and address workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human capital management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
