📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging English language lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, using a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and educational standards, ensuring that each student's unique learning needs are met.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize educational technology and online platforms to enhance the learning experience and engage students in interactive and meaningful ways.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• A valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification, such as a TEFL or TESOL certification.
• Strong knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and a passion for innovative and engaging teaching practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia are highly desirable.
• A willingness to live and work in Bali, with the ability to adapt to the unique cultural and educational challenges of the region.
