📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify payroll for international employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases using SAP Payroll software.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms and benefit statements, to employees and stakeholders.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing and reporting.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance payroll knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an international environment.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll software and other payroll-related tools.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
