📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to drive data-driven decisions and improve the community support experience for our users.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform product development and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute data-driven initiatives that support the company's goals.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of team members to ensure they are equipped to handle complex data challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of advanced analytics and data science.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions and driving business results.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
