📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in booking and managing international shipments using EDI systems and cargo tracking platforms.
• Handle customs clearance and documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clients to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in training programs to develop expertise in freight forwarding and logistics software.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to support decision-making in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding (experience in shipping or customs clearance is a plus).
• Familiarity with shipping software such as SeaStar, CargoWise, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid SIM card and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
