📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Manage and optimize our online store using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the beauty and e-commerce industries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in driving sales and improving customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
