📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability and proper utilization.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities align with project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the engineering or facility management industry.
• Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
