📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Utilize HRIS systems like BambooHR and Greenhouse to manage and optimize recruitment workflows.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure they are in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with the management team to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee operations.
• Proven experience using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
