As a Tax Consultant Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert tax consulting services to a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with our client's team to understand their tax needs, develop strategic solutions, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert tax consulting services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team on new developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement tax policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on tax-related performance metrics and KPIs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• USKP C certification (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a focus on Indonesian tax laws.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate tax, individual tax, and transfer pricing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably with an international client base.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
