📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Report on social media metrics and insights to senior management.
  • Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for engaging audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus.
