📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to minimize losses and maximize sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and attract new customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales, marketing, and customer service functions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
