📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
