📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory control, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and operation.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Understanding of customer service principles and practices.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
