📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, developers, and contractors.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Lead sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Tostem by LIXIL products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or building materials industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer preferences.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
