📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and support as needed.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer complaints.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all outlet activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and provide feedback to the team.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
