📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team goals.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
