📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including tax calculations and payments.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
