📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure targets are met,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their performance,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers,Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the retail department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail sales or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software,Understanding of automotive industry trends and market dynamics,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
