📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent for various job openings within the company.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
