🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools
