Sentral Budi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a coffee or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
