📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and coaching.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
