📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources to meet production targets,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols,Provide support to the team in resolving operational issues and challenges,Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
