🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and methodologies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
