📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Provide leadership and mentorship to store staff to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
