📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient care.,Stock and organize pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Process insurance claims and handle patient billing and payments.,Provide information and advice to patients about medications and health-related topics.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in inventory management and purchasing activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or Pharmacy Technician.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with insurance claim processing.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
