As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all fleet activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes and schedules.,Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of fleet vehicles.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
