Maintaining a clean and organized office space,Assisting with office supplies and equipment,Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events,Handling visitor check-ins and check-outs,Managing office security and access control,Preparing and distributing office communications,Assisting with office maintenance and repairs,Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with office management software,Ability to work well in a team environment,Attention to detail and a clean, neat appearance,Fluency in Indonesian and English
