The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including scheduling and coordinating with service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure vehicles are refueled as needed.,Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and other relevant tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
