• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the IT department to ensure the smooth operation of financial systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
