📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales territory by identifying and prospecting potential clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management and clients.,Set and achieve quarterly sales targets, with a focus on exceeding expectations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
