📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate and timely KYC reports for regulatory submissions.,Conduct regular reviews of customer information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify customer information.,Monitor and analyze trends in customer activity to identify potential risks.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on KYC procedures and regulations.,Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.,Participate in audits and reviews to demonstrate compliance with regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in KYC reporting, regulatory compliance, or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian and international KYC regulations and reporting requirements.,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Knowledge of financial services and risk management principles is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
