📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare food for service according to the restaurant's schedule.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in inventory counts and food cost analysis.,Assist in special events and catering services as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and/or Western cuisine.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
