📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Create training materials and resources.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the organization of training events and workshops.,Provide support to the Training and Development Manager.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker.
