📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback to ensure high performance.
• Train and develop new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies, working closely with the Store Manager to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions, including sales, inventory, and customer data.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and ensure they are executed effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both team members and customers.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management or leadership a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
