Life Root Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Process and manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR department in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Assist in the organization and management of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
