📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily food production.

Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.

Participate in menu development and cost control.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.

Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent.
