Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.,Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance product quality.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and certifications.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality of materials and components.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, with a proven track record in leading quality initiatives.,Strong knowledge of quality standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163, or other relevant standards.,Experience in the RFID manufacturing industry is a plus.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.🛠️ Keahlian
