Legal & Compliance Coordinator - Litigation Support (Education Sector)

As a Legal & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the Litigation department, ensuring that all legal matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with the law. You will work closely with the Legal team to review contracts, legal documents, and other legal materials, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education and committed to upholding the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal support to the Litigation department, ensuring that all legal matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with the law.
• Review contracts, legal documents, and other legal materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal materials.
• Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that may impact the organization.
• Work closely with the Legal team to ensure that all legal matters are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on legal and compliance matters.
• Ensure that all legal and compliance procedures are followed and that all legal and compliance requirements are met.
• Participate in legal and compliance training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role within the education sector or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to education and legal matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using legal software and tools, such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
