📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews of staff and provide feedback.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve overall store performance goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
